The whole thing with the foundation piers was a bit amusing. \u00a0O’Connor Hospital was building a new Emergency Department at the same time, and their piers were 4-5 feet across and 50 feet deep. \u00a0What a difference in the code for a hospital vs a house.<\/p>\n
