The same sort of thing is in all of the piers in the new (under construction) Emergency Department at O’Connor, except a lot bigger. \u00a0The rebar is assembled in the pier holes. \u00a0There are little concrete blocks tied to the rings, to keep them centered. \u00a0Ted uses a laser level to set the height for the full forms (with the piers underneath). \u00a0And yes, we have forms on the “inside” of the house — center sheer walls, to meet current code.<\/p>\n
